From first contact to when they finished, they were professional. Being a small business owner myself, it’s nice to support another one. The two technicians worked tirelessly to get everything done in two days. Having a home with aluminum wiring can be nerve wracking but I now feel safe inside my own home. They responded quickly to my first inquiry and set an appointment. Spent a little while walking around, but was very "mansp;ainy" and interrupted me a lot... but still was interested in the quote however I never got one. I followed up twice, still nothing. No response to the email, no estimate/quote for the work, nothing. Ghosted. Oh well, I guess I'll give them 2 stars for at least responding and coming out here? Edit: They did finally respond (after I posted this?) and said since they just have one person doing all estimates and work (but a different person sending the email?) that it can take time and he can get behind but he could get me the quote in a few days... All other quotes came in minutes, 24 hours at the most, and some with companies with only "one person" so I just felt off with trusting their word. Maybe it's a good company and I just got a bad day but the vibe was that there was something off so I don't think I'll be doing business with them. Maybe in the future, if it'

We have used All Services Electric multiple times. Each time the entire team, from the person answering the phone and scheduling appointments, coming over to do the estimate, and performing the work and cleanup have been outstanding. I recommended them to my parents and my neighbors. They are fast to respond, perform quality work and clean up when the job is done. The entire team is polite, punctual, communicative and professional. I’ve use them to install light fixtures, rewire faulty wires (which required them to also do some minor drywall repair as a result), fix a breaker box, and even repair an obscure pool light fixture. We will continue to use them and recommend them. In my view, they are a model for services companies of this kind.
