Company never said what time they would be here. Got here and started at 6 am. It was still dark. We were in bed. They took the shingles off perfectly. The mess that was made on the inside from the shingles coming through the roof was awful. We have a tongue in groove ceiling that is up against the roof on part of the house. It was everywhere. They didn't clean it up. Then they put shingles on and put nails through the tongue and groove into the living room. They said they didn't know it was this type of roof when they priced it. It was pointed out to the installers early and they said they would change nails. There were 100's of nails through the tongue and groove. They basically said it was their issue. I didn't pay them the balance until they did. They were supposed to send me the final for the roof. They didn't. I called. They didn't. I called again. They didnt. I looked it up on the Orlando website to make sure it was done and it was. I would NEVER RECOMMEND USING TH
