Collis Roofing

Roof contractor for Richmond American homes. Purporsely installed damaged metal attic vents on my need home that I moved in sept 2022. Have them chance to inspect and correct and for denial ok warranty request. Buyer beware on any Richmond American homes that uses collins roofing other concerns told to them but nothing done. Poor workmanship

We had a roof install approximately 10 years ago. We had a leak issue 6 months ago. I called Collis for an evaluation. Unfortunately the hurricanes hit. My problem went on the back burner. I get that. However, after NUMEROUS emails and calls I never got a return call to resolve my issue. Even if they said we are so sorry we are too busy with bigger issues, I would have been okay with that. Interesting that other reputable companies are willing to step up. Roof installed July 2023. Just can't say enough about the quality of work and professionalism we received from Collis. Jonathan and Kai communicated great, keeping us informed of every step. And the team that did the work was incredible. No one wants to spend the money on a new roof! But when you need to, Collis is absolutely the best we've ever worked with. Five stars all the way.
