This is not a paid review. Three years ago, we believed HD Roofing was a great company to work for because of their excellent customer service and communication. However, like many companies, it appears HD is now a slave to the good ol’ American dollar. If you look at the reviews on their Facebook page, you will see the positive reviews have suddenly declined! Like other roofing companies, I believe HD is running the business model of: hire as many sales reps as possible and when they burn out, keep their commissions! Several commissions have been modified or just flat-out denied for any variety of reasons they can come up with. Be aware that your sales representative may end up working for you for free, so be kind! To all existing customers: it seems negative reviews might get your job completed, even after the office/rep stops answering your calls. Very happy with our new roof that was replaced because of the damage from the hurricane.Would highly recommend HD ROOFING to everyone. Great company to work with especially Ottie Hoffman the Project Manager. He was very helpful and thorough when looking at the damage. Very nice guy. The sale Rep Harv Whitney is knowledgeable about the product, he is very respectful to the customer and I would recommend him to train new sales Rep’s. everything wasn’t perfect with the job, there where a couple issues. However, the end product was was good as for issues HD roofing came through and took car them above and beyond and I would highly recommend there service. best wishes to all who read this review!
