Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also. I loved the professionalism of Maitland Plumbing. They always sent texts to let me know when they were coming. A picture of our technician, Vincent, always accompanied the text. Vincent is who sold us on using Maitland Plumbing for our VERY big job of rerouting our mainline from the kitchen area to the septic system. I always felt Vincent was watching out for us. He is trustworthy, completely experienced, he knew what he was doing which made me feel like we were in good hands. I love that the vehicle Vincent drove had his name on it. Maitland Winter Park Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for several years. They never disappoint. This morning the company repaired an outside hose bibb. A seemingly simple job, but the job could have created serious problems to the structure of the house given the age of our house, and the company was prepared for all contingencies.
