3MG roofing did an excellent and very professional job installing a new roof on our home. From the initial contact, Armani explained in detail all the facets involved regarding the installation. This was extremely helpful to my wife and I who had not experienced the installation of a new roof in the past. Mike Hall supervised the installation and provided us with a detailed time line of when to expect delivery of the roofing materials and dumpster, the installation date and the time it would take to complete the project and the cleanup procedure. He was accurate on every date which was helpful to my wife and I for the personal planning of our day. After the job was completed and inspected, Mike came by to see if we had any needs or questions regarding the installation. I recently had my roof replaced by 3MG and overall had a very positive experience. Due to my homeowners’ insurance company canceling my policy, I was on a tight timeframe to get my new roof scheduled and 3MG was able to fit me in more quickly than I expected. Despite a hurricane coming through just before my scheduled roofing date, the project remained on-schedule. I was impressed by the thorough cost quote that was provided, which included a full breakdown and an in-person explanation of the materials to be used. The project manager, Frank, was communicative, friendly, and responsive to my various questions and requests, even going out of his way to help advise on color choices. And I was pleasantly surprised by both the reasonable cost and the fact that there were no issues getting my choice of materials/colors (even post-hurricane). I can't say enough about 3MG. The company is solid, and they've done a beautiful job replacing our tile roof. Not only that, everyone jumps through hoops to help any way they can. I'd like to give a BIG shout out to Jamie! There's nothing he wouldn't do to help and was so patient with me. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our roof. Also, Johnnie in solar has been fantastic as well. He worked hard to get us our solar. We're very happy with the results.
