Before the hurricanes hit Orlando back in the summer, I contacted 3 chimney companies and 4 roofing companies to repair my chimney cap and chase. I also had some minor wood rot under the chimney chase that needed to be repaired. The companies were either not interested, the roof was too steep or they did not want to do a small job. Hurricane Ian tore off part of the chimney cap and it poured rain down the flue! Your team was able to tarp my chimney before hurricane Nicole hit and to keep my house from flooding and a costly repair. A new chimney chase and cap were ordered to replace the damaged one. Very nice quality (welds, not caulked) and workmanship. Also, replaced any wood rot under the chimney chase. New wood was also painted before installing it for simplicity. I recently had my roof replaced by 3MG and overall had a very positive experience. Due to my homeowners’ insurance company canceling my policy, I was on a tight timeframe to get my new roof scheduled and 3MG was able to fit me in more quickly than I expected. Despite a hurricane coming through just before my scheduled roofing date, the project remained on-schedule. I was impressed by the thorough cost quote that was provided, which included a full breakdown and an in-person explanation of the materials to be used. The project manager, Frank, was communicative, friendly, and responsive to my various questions and requests, even going out of his way to help advise on color choices. And I was pleasantly surprised by both the reasonable cost and the fact that there were no issues getting my choice of materials/colors (even post-hurricane).
