Our project team of Max and Juan Carlos have been amazing ! Both are exceptionally hard-working and extremely customer service oriented. They clearly want to do the best job possible. Evidently, some of the subs had found some rotted wood and were not interested in replacing it, but Juan Carlos made them stay until late in the evening and do the job properly. His constant hands-on work ethic as well as diligent supervision and an unyielding commitment to quality is something that I have never seen in projects of this type before.
