Jovil was one of 6 companies I solicited for a quote, and their price was the best overall, and it included all fascia and roof lumber, whereas the others caveated that as extra. From day one they were extremely easy to work with, and didn't nickel-and-dime me with extras for every single thing, unlike discussions with some others. I had some that hemmed-and- hawed about minor nickel and dime stuff, making me feel uncomfortable that their starting price was only to get in the door. Jovil had one price and done, and Jose made me feel comfortable that he'd stick to his commitment. Jose and his wife who run the show were excellent communicators and replied to phone, fax or text messages almost immediately. Beside the roof, they also took down the awnings, removed old screen enclosure pieces and painted the new fascia without any comment. They also took internal pictures of the roof for wind mitigation claims, and, previous to the re-roof, fixed a leak that started the entire process. Jov

The entire process was very smooth. They kept me informed during the entire process, handle every aspect of the project, tiles samples, material information, city permit and the information I needed for the community association.
