In the middle of the heat wave, we had problems with our air conditioning and did not expect to have such quick professional service. They were truly fantastic, polite, and responsive. I lost cool air on Friday night but the inside fan stayed on and blew hot air. I called Ferrara’s Monday morning and they fit me in the same day. I was already thinking I need a whole new A/C system because it is 9 years old. James came at 1 and absolute crushed it. He diagnosed the problem which was the fan motor and blades were shot. He found out the fan was the issue and not the compressor by taking the whole machine apart and cooling the compressor. Keep in mind it is 150 degrees outside. It turns out the compressor had a kill switch that turned it off when it gets too hot. He ran water over the compressor to cool it off and brought it back to life. After a few minutes of recon, he discovered my warranty was still active 9 years later and I was covered, not only that but he had the fan motor and blade in stock.
