You found it. Vital is the company you should contact to help with your AC. They will come and take care of anything that might be the issue. The diagnostic work was so transparent. Got pictures, explanations and recommendations. I have done business with them twice, once they saved my junky AC and repaired it and later we chose to get a new unit with them and I will use them again soon to come check the vents and give maintenance to my new unit. Highly recommended, no leading you around, just straight answers with knowledgeable personnel and great service.
