I had an excellent experience with Walz Roofing. When I called they responded quicky to my request for information. I received a fair quote and they came to fix the leak with very little turn around time. The repair work was done with great craftmanship (I could not even tell where it had been repaired) I received a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the work and a thank you card for selecting them to do the repair work. I was blown away by the remarkable customer service experience from start to finish. This is a great company and very attentive to my every need. I highly recommend then and have already referred one of my neighbors to give them a call. They far exceeded my expectations and left me a very satisfied customer.

Walz Roofing did an impeccable job fixing my leaking roof and he charged an exceptionally fair price. Kevin also kindly squeezed into his busy schedule some extra roofing work that I requested at the last minute (some potentially leaky vents) and again he charged me an extremely fair price. I believe that Kevin is a very trustworthy and conscientious businessman and roofer, he completely knows his stuff, he really cares about the quality of his work, and he is personally committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. My mom wanted her 20 year old roof replaced with a new one. Since she doesn't speak English she asked me to call three roofing companies and get estimates. My mom was very impressed with Walz Roofing. She signed the contract with them right away Kevin took a video recording of my mom's roof. He explained her current roof condition and helped us understand the process about how they were going to replace the old roof with the new roof material. He's a great listener, and easy to understand , and has great communication skills. We liked every one at Walz Roofing and had a very positive experience. They did an excellent job with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. They did a fantastic job fixing and repairing the old gutter. They even helped my mom move her deck awning from the back of her house to the front of the house into the garage. WOW, what great customer service. My mom's roof looks wonderful. We are very happy with Walz Roofing. We would recommend them to anyone.
