Very satisfied with the work that they did. Very professinal. I love my new Cobalt blue roof. I can't wait to paint my house to give it a beautiful look with the roof.
I entered into a contract with Soza Roofing on March 22, 2023 to re-roof my patio. After many weeks of not hearing from them I called the office and was told they were waiting on permit from Town of Davie and would call me back. Never did. Weeks later I called again and was told they were still waiting for permit and would call me back. Never did. I called the Town of Davie in May and was told a permit had not been applied for by Soza Roofing for my property address.
Wonderful family owned business. Very professional and used great quality materials at a reasonable price. Always on time and They are very clean with their work area, they are very organized and efficient.
