They installed an ac unit in my aunts house and told her she can finance the system. Under the impression she got financing they showed up demanding payment in full. She’s 79 and I feel they took full advantage of her situation. Able has been around for years their work is excellent I won’t say anything bad about that and the employees were super nice professional and clean. But if you offer financing and the customer excepts before installing said units verify they get financing don’t wait a week after installing them demand payment in full. This company has been around long enough to know this. Just highly disappointed and hence the reason for a low rating. Would have been a 5star and I’m sure I could have found someone cheaper with the same unit and financing. In todays time knowledge is the key to offering financing and deals and making sure everything is good before doing the job. The biggest regret you will have is going with this company. I am extremely lucky i paid for an extra warranty with my unit because there is endless issues with their work. On top of that the person on the phone will give you one price for a service and then you will be grossly overcharged once they actually do the service. So always record your conversations with them. I could write a novel of other things….

Great customer service We had them come out for some maintenance because our air was not keeping up with the heat. They got us on the schedule quickly, fixed the problem (slightly low refrigerant) , and performed some routine upkeep for the system. About a week later the AC went out completely in the middle of the night. We called and they sent someone out that day. It was a completely unrelated issue (Lizard shorted a control board in the outside unit), but they fixed it at no additional cost since we had it serviced.
