I think Brevard Cooling and Heating should be the bar all other services are measured to. When my A/C went out, I started calling all the companies on Google. I called 5 companies, left messages, nothing. I called Brevard Cooling and Heating and the phone was answered right away. The lady was very friendly and assured me she could get a tech out to me on Monday. (A/C went out Sunday) The tech was set to arrive between 5-7pm so there would be a slight extra for after hours. I was ok with that. The tech called me Monday and said that he could be there at 4:30 to save me the "extra" charge. I was shocked! Mathew showed up and got straight to work. He carefully checked everything over and showed me everything that was going on. He found the leak which unfortunately was going to be another appointment but he explained it well and I understood. Had an issue with our Daikin A/C unit tripping the breaker. Called Brevard Cooling after being referred to them by another company. They got us on the schedule and had a tech (Jesse) out there the next day. Jesse had the issue diagnosed within 5 minutes and quickly got it fixed. He went ahead made sure the system was tuned-up while he was here. The system is working great now. Couldn't be more pleased. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Outstanding service! First time using Brevard Cooling and Heating today to service my non-working AC. From the initial call with the office through the service call with Josh, everyone was responsive, professional and pleasant.
