Was having cooling issues with my newer YORK system that was installed by another company (in 2021). YORK referred me to AireServ since they're certified to work on my equipment. I can't say enough good things about AireServ. From the office staff (Beth) to the repair tech (Jesus), they were wonderful. They only care about helping you. This company went above and beyond for me. I was without A/C and had been dealing with another company because of a warranty. I was tired of waiting for the part and AireServ honored my parts and labor warranty before I could transfer it because they knew I had been without A/C for 2 weeks at this point. Everyone I talked to in the company was awesome and Neal and Joey were great, very professional. They explained everything to me and made sure my system was working properly before they left. They also made sure they cleaned everything up before leaving. I would definitely recommend AireServ.
