I’ve used them for 4 residential plumbing issues: water heater thermistor, main valve replacement, garbage disposal backup, and a water spigot over the last 5 years. I consider them “my plumber”. I’ve had 2 techs for all my repairs. They are highly skilled plumbers in my opinion. I will continue to be loyal to them. However, the techs don’t have the greatest “bedside manner”. They’re not mean, they’re just not pleasant. Their receptionist is really nice, but very inflexible. Given my loyalty to them I’d expect them to give me a break on scheduling or maybe know who I am when I call, but they don’t. Maybe that’s a nit, but I feel giving them all of the business over the years we’d have developed a relationship, but nah. They don’t do estimates or give advice, so if they come to your house, you’re going to pay a $95 service charge. I’ve used another plumber for a faucet issue and was not impressed in comparison. I would highly recommend Doug Hambel’s plumbing for your residential needs.
