Was VERY happy with this experience. Got a free check of my vents and was told they were good and I didn't need anything. Didn't expect that at all. Was sure I would be told I needed something. An honest company with great employees. If I need anything in the future, I'll be calling them for sure. Jimmy Ross was wonderful.

AC stopped blowing cold air so called them for the diagnostic. My system is almost 20 years old so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a repair. They said it was the condenser motor and would cost $1400 to fix so I had them come out and give a quote on a new system. They are extremely overpriced. They gave a quote for $11,000 on a 14 ton seer 2 system. I got a quote from another company on the same brand system but it was 15 ton seer 2 for $6800. They were willing to price match that system. The fact that they could price match for that much lower means that they are really overcharging customers. This seemed pretty shady so I went with another company for the install. The tech and sales rep who came out were very thorough and knowledgeable, just their prices are unreasonable.

There are not enough words to describe the positive experience I have had with this company. I called for service on an old twelve year old system. The service technician Jon responded the same day and was very thorough in his diagnostics. Decided the system had reached it's life span. Climate Experts sent an AC system engineer out and gave us several options, and assisted us in deciding on the best system for our needs. The three installation technicians were there within two days. They were polite,knowledgeable and explained how a different location for the outdoor unit would be needed. This was due to the much larger physical size of the unit. They cleared the area needed or the new unit & tackled the job with professionalism and with the extra care required due to the limited area they had to work with.
