Any AC company can provide parts and install new units, but few can provide long term support like Durham and Sons can. My parents and grandparent were without AC for over a week. After waiting 3 days for a callback from my previous A/C service provider, I called Durham and Sons for help with my A/C that was not coming on. They came out the same day and installed a new capacitor. Prompt, friendly service on a very hot day. I will definitely call them again when I have a problem.
