I had used MWR several years ago to fix a defect in my existing roof's dead valley. Based on that and their responsiveness a few other times I decided to use them for my full roof removal/replacement in FEB/2022, (also got similar estimate from Total Home Roofing). Note that this work was scheduled ahead of time by a few months, as I had to replace the roof to maintain my homeowner's insurance. There was a one week delay to start due to weather - which was perfectly understandable. Issues I had: 1. One of the workers on my roof yelled out "does this pipe go anywhere" and then yanked my heating vent pipe clear off my heating/AC unit. The Foreman (Jose?) said he'd come back with tape the next morning. That next morning was 25dF. Went to HD and fixed it myself with new vent pipe and self-tapping nuts. That was my first day. 2. The original defect repair in my roof still had water infiltration which very heavily discolored the wood decking in the area of the dead valley. I mentioned
