Jeremy came to my house and overviewed in detail the system he was selling to me. He answered all questions I had, and went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of what I was doing. As a new home owner he got me a great deal on the unit, he did not try to sale me something I did not need. I was quoted he would be here between 12-2 and he showed up right at 12, and was able to tell me when my unit will be replaced before he left. Super happy with the sales experience.

Extreme Air & Electric was the only company that was willing to complete urgent work on a Sunday (I called 10+ other companies). Ken arrived within two hours of my call and finished in about an hour.
