Woke up this AM to one of the worst things, sewage backing up in my showers, GROSS. Called a plumbing company that we had out here last week (not naming names) who were great, but couldn’t get to my home until WEDNESDAY ????. Called H&H and they seemed to understand that this was an emergency, said they would have some guys out between 2-4pm. Jamey and his co-worker (I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name) showed up at 2 and got started immediately! Worked it out in a timely fashion, showed me an issue with my roof (thanks again, because it’s literally brand new), and sent them on their way with a couple Dr. Peppers. Professional and timely service! We had a pipe burst late in the evening and called multiple companies who claimed to offer 24hr emergency service but kept getting told no one was available, thankfully H&H answered and showed up at our house within a half hour. The plumber was able to immediately identify the issue, informed us what he would be doing to repair it, gave us a price and had it all repaired quickly. We were so thankful to not have to go an entire night and morning without water! We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
