The team at M.I. Woodwerx were fantastic. I replaced a second story old wood deck with a new composite deck. They did a great job. They had to replace the old frame work which could not been seen when Josh gave me an estimate. I would normally expect the price to be jacked up but Josh did not do that. He was very reasonable on the extra added work to my suprise. Work was done before scheduled. Josh and his team were top notch. Thank you Josh.

Josh and his team has help me out with a bunch of projects at my condo in Cape Canaveral. He always shows up very promptly and has a more than fair price. I know my way around a hammer and can easily say, he is an expert in lots of different types of construction trade work. I highly recommend him and his crew.
