Zigmund Builders and Roofing

Our project involved repairing concrete window sills, installing some new impact windows and repairing stucco. The project proceeded very smoothly and professionally. Kurt, Orlando and Donnie did a great job on-site. Clean-up was very good. Everyone in the company from Larry, Steve, Kurt, Orlando, Donnie, Angie and Dylan did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said. Great group with which to work. Work completed in a timely manner and on budget.

During the past three years, I worked closely with Zigmund Builders, the Concrete Restoration Division, for ongoing concrete work on a 100 unit condominium complex close to the beach.  The bids we received from Zigmund were more detailed in explaining the work required and were very competitive.  Larry Guay and his crew were competent,  professional, and consistently considerate of the residents.  Their suggestions and input were valuable, especially when it came to pointing out labor-saving steps that were cost effective. The work was always completed on a timely basis.  I have been more than pleased with every aspect of doing business with Zigmund and Larry Guay. Peggy Jacobson

RUN AWAY! I was scammed by this company and their owner, Stephen Crawford. They abandoned an unfinished job of replacing my complete roof that they were paid in full for to date, caused thousands of dollars in damage from negligence and poor workmanship, then refused to finish the job, fix the quality issues, or take responsibility for damages they caused for the portion of work they actually did do. The owner actively avoids me and as a last resort I am left to sue them to regain compensation for breach of contract and damages caused. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and the owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive after dozens of polite attempts to reconcile and give them multiple opportunities to fix their mistakes. If you need a good quality roof replacement, then look elsewhere. Also, if you have been another victim of this company, please contact me!
