I haven't had the pleasure to use them yet but just having Kenny out for an estimate was comforting and reassuring. I will absolutely be calling them when the time comes to get the work done, without a doubt. Thank you Kenny for being so awesome! EDITED TO ADD... I called for an appt and they came out SAME DAY! Solved the problem right away without a hiccup. Thank you Kenny! Mr Rooter is my go-to for all things plumbing!

Highest price and don’t call you back. I had a technician out on a Thursday, then called the billing office to set up my next service. I waited all day Friday, no response. I called Monday, was told I was heard from someone, well now it’s the FOLLOWING Thursday. I didn’t have a choice but to go elsewhere, which in the long run was a much better option anyway. Would highly recommend to not waste your time with this company.
