I haven't had the pleasure to use them yet but just having Kenny out for an estimate was comforting and reassuring. I will absolutely be calling them when the time comes to get the work done, without a doubt. Thank you Kenny for being so awesome! EDITED TO ADD... I called for an appt and they came out SAME DAY! Our house was totally backed up, and we called Mr. Rooter after trouble shooting. Kenny was here within the hour. He was experienced and knowledgeable. We had our waste free flowing quickly after removing new construction material lining the pipes. We would definitely call Mr. Rooter again if needed.
