A hot water line was seeping beneath our slab. Jason inspected the property within an hour of receiving the call. A leak detection firm and a water damage company were recommended to assist. Both of their suggestions were excellent! This event occurred on Friday morning. By 3 p.m., they had located and marked the breach, and by 5:30 p.m., water damage specialists were drying out our home. They greatly assisted us in mitigating the damage. Monday morning, Jason and Kenton arrived and rectified the leak within a few hours. Additionally, they replaced three shut-off valves that were seeping or not functioning for me. Outstanding service provided by Melbourne Plumber. At 6:15 a.m., there was no hot water. I requested service via their website at 7:15 a.m. and received a call back at 8 a.m. Jason was at my home by 8:40 a.m. to provide a no-cost estimate. The water heater required replacement because it was seeping. Jason and He installed the new water heater by 9:00 a.m. By 10:45 a.m., I once more had hot water. I strongly endorse Melbourne.
