This morning we woke to a minor flood...and an AC system gone awry. After immediate mopping up, we called for repair service. Ranger was referred from a co-worker who recently used Ranger with very high satisfaction. We were given a window about 6 hours later, and our techs Nelson and Damon arrived right in that time. Professional service at a reasonable price is what we've got and a few hours later, our home is cooling nicely.???? We appreciate that Nelson did not try to upsell/add services; he just took care our our issue at a time we were super stressed out, and that was appreciated. Because of the awesome service we received, our plan is to call back and enter into a service contract and also have Ranger replace our outdated thermostat. Sharing my experience with this company and its owner is near impossible, however it’s safe to say your path of looking for a honest HVAC company should end here. There’s so many crooks in this industry just digging into our pockets, but not here. Jerry and his crew will walk you through step by step of all the troubleshooting they are doing, how the tools work, and actually explain what your issue is. Communication, integrity, professionalism, and overall great quality work is what you will receive with this company I have no doubt. I can't say enough positive about Ranger! Their quote was competitive. They were great with their communication. The installers showed up on time, did a great job with the installation and cleaned up the area when they were done. It went so smoothly that we kept thinking that something must be wrong! This is the place to go for a new air conditioner if you want the job done right, with no hassle and no worries. They were busy at this time of year so it took them a few weeks to get us the unit that we wanted. The wait was absolutely worth it!
