I have been using Ranger Air and Heat for approximately three years now. We used them to install a new unit in our home, and then a min-split system in my office, as well as using them for regular maintenance, and AC unit replacements for properties that I manage. Ranger Jerry is a knowledgeable professional who will get in your attic and locate, close with, and destroy your HVAC issues. He was on time, appropriately dressed for a professional job, and surprisingly nimble. He says he could still complete The Jungle Rope Course at Ranger School and I believe him! Found some slime that I didn't and saved me a serious headache in the future. He could've let it slide and used it to make money in the future, but he is a class act and informed me of all the "tricks and trades of air and heat in Florida." He gave me a competitive invoice that he could have easily inflated, but since he found out I'm a Marine he took it easy on me because he knows I can't count. Ranger Jerry Leads The Way! Sharing my experience with this company and its owner is near impossible, however it’s safe to say your path of looking for a honest HVAC company should end here. There’s so many crooks in this industry just digging into our pockets, but not here. Jerry and his crew will walk you through step by step of all the troubleshooting they are doing, how the tools work, and actually explain what your issue is. Communication, integrity, professionalism, and overall great quality work is what you will receive with this company I have no doubt.
