A few days ago, I received an outrageously high bill from the City of Melbourne – Utilities Division. I called immediately to verify it with them as I thought they had made a mistake. A Customer Service rep told me I had a water leak and to call a plumber. I called Sun Plumbing – as we have used your company in the past and have been pleased with the services received. An appointment was made for 2 days later. The technician, Bruno, quickly figured out we didn’t have a leak but probably were having issues related to after-hours unauthorized water use by the vagrant people that walk by our business on West New Haven Avenue. He suggested we have a keyed faucet installed and secure the water pipe to the building in hopes of preventing any further use or damage to our property. This was exactly what we needed. Although we cannot get any credit toward our bill from the city, we won’t have this issue in the future. Once again, thank you to Bruno and Sun Plumbing for helping us resolve
