We were out of state with guests staying at our house. Called late on Sunday to tell me sewers were backing up. I called RotoRooter and explained. First thing Monday they were here to unclog. Turned out the entire sewer line system needed to Be cleaned out. Pictures were awful. Second crew came later in the morning and blew out all the pipes and sucked out all the gunk. Back in business. Very responsive. I do think the $1,800 price tag was a little crazy but I have nothing to compare it to. Important point…..problem solved and back in business. So, very happy about that. Sergio was very professional and completed the work with great care. He was very polite and answered whatever questions I had on the repair. He came on time and kept me informed of the repair status regularly. He made sure he always had shoe covers on when he entered the house and he cleaned out the area well when he was done with the repair. I would definitely ask for him for any future repairs I need and want Roto to do them. Service: Faucet repair
Duane was great! The job order was late in the day. it was hot outside. The job was VERY involved, required A LOT of hard work. Duane patiently and professionally did the job. In the end, he walked us through the repairs and gave us helpful tips re regular maintenance. He professionally presented the bill, which we were happy to pay. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
