After getting four estimates, I chose Roof Doctor. Why? The licenses were all up-to-date, the estimate was very detailed, the owner who did the estimate, Paul, was very friendly and professional. There were no red flags with the state or BBB and they came highly recommended by people on Next Door. The roof got done early due to people on the list not being available, so that was great! The crew who came to do the job was also just wonderful. Professional, friendly, kept working until they were done. The office lady, Lisa, was always ready to answer any question. No sign of being irritated or too busy for me. When the job was completed, Paul addressed all concerns that I had without any hesitation on his part. All in all, I am happy with the job they did!

We were lucky to have The Roof doctor do our renovations on our house. We had a new roof, soffits, front patio, back room addition and major facelift done to our house. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Paul and his entire crew were amazing. These guys worked so hard and gave me the house of my dreams. Everything looks incredible and I cannot believe how great it turned out. They did incredible work and they were the nicest crew to work with. They helped me through the whole process because I was a little overwhelmed. But each day the guys let me know what was happening and the results are fantastic. I recommend this company 100% and you will be thrilled with the results. Everyone in the neighborhood stop and tells me how great the house looks. I have used the Roof Doctor for years: annual roof inspections and repair prior to each hurricane season, waterproofing and caulking the house exterior, and most recently roof replacement. Their lead times are typically long due to the backlog of contracts resulting from their reputation for quality work, even though they aren't going to be the least expensive contractor. Multiple neighbors commented on how quiet and clean the crew was during the reroofing. I'll continue to consider the Roof Doctor my first choice to deal with rainwater intrusion mitigation needs.
