The other plumber said Jake had the proper equipment and ability to diagnose and fix a problem that multiple other people had failed to fix. My water heater broke and Space Coast Plumbing was able to come out at noon the following day to install a replacement. Two plumbers came out, and they were fast, professional, and very tidy. The job was finished ahead of time and cost slightly less than quoted. Additionally, Jake let me know that in my area, there was a rebate of $350 on a new gas water heater through our natural gas utility provider and gave me what I needed to apply to it. He called to let me know he had finished with his previous customer early & could come to my house earlier. When he arrived he was very professional, courteous, and got right to work.
