Jose Diaz is awesome! Made sure that we were at least cool for the night AND came back on the 4th to complete the repair review. We did decide to go with a newer unit due to the age of the unit, but never felt pressured. Thorough and made sure we were explained everything. Jordan was a very knowledgeable and thorough Technician who responded quickly to my requested proposals I solicited on the Internet. He knows his stuff. I ultimately went with a different contractor but the services he offers are worthwhile options for those who want valuable upgrades.
We are major DIYers and we replaced some parts that we could to trouble shoot ourselves but still the entire system was not working. SO I looked online praying to land on a good honest company. WE DID!! I was nervous about having a "big box" company coming but truly it comes down to the tech and what they know and LET ME TELL YOU we were VERY impressed with the one that came out to us, Kameron S. He knew his stuff, we were honest with him telling him exactly what we did to the system - knowing good and well our 14yr old system is on it's last leg but IT STILL HAS LIFE. He fixed the issue explaining to us what was going on. As major home DIYers; I wish people could understand you are not paying for just "parts" you are paying for their time, knowledge and information and for a person to do a good job. Trust me I have never been so happy to pass a few hundred bucks to a company that #1 showed up on time #2 knew his stuff #3 shared advice on future issues and ac replacement #4 did a fant
