Mr. C's Plumbing & Septic

We were recommended by a friend. We had an emergency and call them for septic tanks service. They gave us same day services. The customer service was excellent. The stuffs were helpful and friendly. They did a great and clean job. We will definitely recommend others. We gave them 9.5 out of 10. ????????????????????????

I had a great experience with Mr. C's Plumbing & Septic. I hired them to survey my septic system, do a cleaning, and pressure wash. They were extremely professional and right on time. I had had a bad experience with a different septic company that came out and insisted they needed to use a camera to "locate" my septic tank and then stuck me with an insane bill without ever even opening the tank. Well come to find out, that other company didn't even mark the right spot for the tank even with their fancy camera equipment. Thankfully Mr. C's guys were determined to find the tank and did so with no problem the old fashioned way. I really appreciate their work and professionalism. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Working with Mr. C’s was wonderful. They are organized, amazing at communication, and planned everything out from beginning to end and that’s just the back office. Martin is amazing! He came out to the house 4 different times at least so we could make sure we got a plan together that I was happy with and he also met with my general contractor and my pool contractor. He’s such a wonderful guy. I’m actually sad I don’t have anything for him to work on, but I’ll refer him to anyone and my general contractor has added him to his contact list because his work is quality.
