Advance Cool Air

These guys are pretty awesome. Being a GC I understand things changes in a heartbeat, they were suppose to be at my house at 1, ended up coming around 4 pm because their other appointments were delayed and they stayed till late finishing the job. I had Tony and his helper do the job, great guys, very professional and respectful to my family. Top notch guys.

These guys were very professional they took the time out to help me with the warranty even though they weren’t the ones who installed it. They worked around my schedule and did the job in a timely matter. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Money well spent for top notch service. I'm only giving this place two stars because the technicians were nice. Other than that, they deserve 0. I called on behalf of my mom because her AC was not cooling the house. The first technician came out and said there was a leak and the unit needed freon. We paid for the service but it did not work. We called back and a second technician came out. He said that more freon needed to be added. BUT THAT DIDNT WORK. I called the customer service number atleast a dozen times for a service manager to call me. It's been over a week and no one from the service department called me or my mom. UNACCEPTABLE!
