The team at Douglass Orr goes above and beyond! Susan was warm and efficient when helping me schedule my recent appointment. Caesar, the plumber, did great work too, lending his expertise to my home renovation project. I'll be seeking their team's services again!

They performed a leak test for me, concluded that it was a shower pan leak because they saw water on the floor when they opened up the bottom of the floor on the opposite side of the shower wall, recommended that I redo the entire bathroom and report the claim to my insurance company. I wasn't convinced because they wouldn't and didn't know how to perform a hydrostatic test. We eventually opened up the walls, turns out it was the shower diverter leaking. They also reset a toilet for me, less than 6 months later, it's wabbling. Worst plumber ever. Really seems like they're looking for issues or trying to create issues so that you have to report an insurance claim.

I called this company for a very minor repair. They told me they charge $150 per hour. They did pre-authorize my card which should have been my first clue. I was initially told that I will be given 30 minute notice before plumber arrives. It was very important to me so I double checked that they would - they said "yes of course" They did call me on the day of service and told me that the plumber is on his way and will be there in 30 minutes. I came to the lobby precisely in 30 minutes only to find the plumber already sitting there playing with his phone. He performed the repair and was out in 40 minutes. I asked him for the invoice. He said he doesn't deal with that and the office will send it to me right away. 24 hours later my card was charged for $463.50. No invoice, nothing. I called them. The woman on the phone (Christina) emailed me the invoice within 2 minutes (so they had it ready they just did not want to send it unless I call to complain). I saw that they charged me for 2 hou
