The office manager Heidi has a horrible attitude with new hires she employs. She doesn’t provide all resources available for new hires. She gets upset when you ask question while trying to verify your job task responsibilities. She talks bad about customers and employees within the office and she thinks people cannot hear her comments. The office in Miami was disgusting and extremely dirty. Their was huge amount of dust built up on the computer desk, floors, break room counters and much more. She gets annoyed when asking if she needs helps on task, she provided a phone script when anwesring the phone. When calls come in that are not customers she got upset because they were calling for unpaid invoices and did capture the full name of the electric company so she told me to follow the script. And when asked if she would like me to follow this script for customers not seeking services she has a attitude and told me this was not going to work out. I was not even provided a w2 form to fill

First I thought they were great- sending crews to help Hurricane Ian victims on the West coast of Florida. Come to find out they wanted to charge my elderly parents $3,000 to tarp a small section of their roof that lost some shingles during the hurricane (repairs in the area are weeks/months out due to damage in the town). Their roof is the only thing in good shape! This is hurricane price gouging at its finest! I don’t know how people can prey on victims that have their whole life turned upside down!

I am very pleased with A-1 Property Services’ work! They replaced my roof quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.
