After meeting with well over 15 different roofing companies we quickly realized that Big Al’s is the best LEGITIMATE roofing company in the business. Mr. Hernandez, the sales rep was knowledgeable, and professional. He answered my millions of texts and calls promptly and always had an answer for me. During the time the work was being done the owner was here overseeing the work and was also very professional. Every single worker that came on my property was professional and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. They worked non stop from sun up to sun down. They exceeded my timeline expectations. During the entire process I had three points of contact available to me. Eddy Hernandez, Cristina and Alvaro himself. Cristina informed me when inspection was passed the day of. She sent me a link that allowed me to pay online that made the process extremely simple and her polite tone over the phone was refreshing. Big Al's replaced our roof recently. We are extremely happy with their work. We dealt with Eddie, he was great. He explained the process in detail and did exactly what he promised. After receiving several quotes higher and lower we decided to use Big Al's simply for their professionalism and transparency. When they came out they told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us a complete listing of everything in the contract so there would be no surprises. Once they started they had a whole team working at the end of the day our house looked like no one had been here b/c they cleaned everything up as well.
