These guys are great! In this crazy heat wave, they came right out and were on time, ready to go to work. The price was very competitive, but the main difference between them and other companies I’ve used in the past was how professional they were. Once again residential air has come through for me in repairing my air conditioning system. I love how I can always call and speak with Bocky and she’s on it in a minute WOW!! you just don’t have service like that anymore. She had her crew at my house within the hour diagnose the problem and ordered the required parts for repair. She had the crew back out the following day so I can greet my Airbnb Guest in a cool home really cool Her staff is always friendly and professional and they always do an amazing job. This was my first time using Residential Air for a repair. I'm more than happy with the work they did and the professionalism and kindness of Richard, who repaired the unit, and Ellen, who coordinated the work at the office. It's so nice and rare to find a company that has integrity and good work ethics. I've definitely switched repair company and will use them to do the annual maintenance that I used to do myself and no longer can do.
