Hernan came to do a diagnostic on a condo a/c unit not working well. He was able to explain how our older air handling unit was not compatible with the roof compressor due to the newer requirement for a different freon. This explained why the band-aid approaches offered by other techs didn't work for long. We ended up going with a different company for the new handler (price, availability) but the emergency time-scheduling for assessment was well worth the money.

I have been using Central Comfort Air since I had an issue with my old AC unit that needed to be replaced and Hernan was wonderful all the way through the process, very professional. Since then they have been servicing my two AC unit, repaired, installed new parts etc. highly recommend the level of service and communication. Recently switched companies and decided to give Central Comfort Air Conditioning a try for A/C maintenance. The difference was night and day. Edgard was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The service was by far the most comprehensive my A/C unit has ever received. Overall, I had a positive experience with excellent customer service. Review Update 11/9: I believe it’s been 2 years since Central Comfort Air Conditioning has been maintaining my A/C. The service continues to be top notch. Every tech that has come to my house has not only provided an excellent customer experience, they have improved the functionality of my system each time. They are always teaching me ways to maintain my system in between visits. Today, the tech named Lazaro, added extra tubing to facilitate when I add the Clorox/water mixture to the drain pipe making it more accessible and eliminated the need to unscrew and remove the clamp holding the hose to the pvc tube.
