No estimate given before doing the job. Just be started working on it then tells me that it can be fixed until Monday so ofcourse I was forced to have him find a solution. I could have just called another repair shop but it’s already worked on. For changing a small part and a couple of wire, I was charged $778. The person also left the drip tray full of water and didn’t leave receipt. Service: A/C system repair

Rolando Victorero is the representative that came to our house. He was very prompt on his arrival time, which is not easy to find nowadays, and was very much appreciated. He was thorough in his assessment of our unit and ducts. We are very appreciative of his patience with all of our questions and with his explanation of all of our financing options. He was at our home for 2.5 hours and most professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to him and his recommendations, we decided to proceed with the company for the work needed.

Andrew was the best technician we have ever had. He was very thorough and completed the service with a smile. I recommend Andrew from Direct Air anytime. The only complaint we have is that we have a service plan 3 times a year but the company never calls to schedule, we have to remember or else it doesn’t happen. Wish they would come up with a system to contact us like other companies do when you have a service contract.
