Andrew was the best technician we have ever had. He was very thorough and completed the service with a smile. I recommend Andrew from Direct Air anytime. The only complaint we have is that we have a service plan 3 times a year but the company never calls to schedule, we have to remember or else it doesn’t happen. Wish they would come up with a system to contact us like other companies do when you have a service contract.

Rolando Victorero is the man. This guy saved me in this super hot Miami heat. Came on time, and fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. Very very very professional guy and also a very professional company with great customer service. It's a Saturday and it's almost 7pm and this guy is still working.. Raul with Direct Air is extremely competent, experienced, and skilled at what he does. He was able to quickly and efficiently assess the issue we were having and he fixed it with ease. Unlike other technicians who are intent on selling new AC units, Raul stayed focused on fixing our issue without using a single sales tactic in the process. He made us feel comfortable and confident that the problem with our AC unit and the thermostat would be resolved. In short, he’s truly excellent.
