My air was broken and I found this other company (which shall not be named) but the unit was defective and they refused to come back to fix it for another 5 days. IN SUMMER. but I was patient and they came and put some coolant after I TOLD THEM there was something wrong with the inside unit. 2 days later. Broken again. Fed up, I called cool breeze and THANK GOD. REAL customer service and an ownership that CARES about their clients. Couldn’t be happier with my new A/C and install. Super fast quote and installation! They just don’t care. I have requested to do maintenance of my two AC units and look into a clicking noise inside my linear air vent. The guy did not even examine it, just told me it was an electrical problem because it was much easier than digging deeper into a problem. I paid them $400+ for a simple visit and then had to find a company that was able to fix an issue with the vent simply because they care about customers.
