Do not use this company . They never on time. Call center giving you incorrect information . In my situation , they told me that technicians are coming to my area only in the morning, I specially made my appointment on my day off and told theme to be first in morning, but when I call theme at day of my appointment , dispatch operator told me that technician will be at my place after 12. Horrible service. Services: Installation, HVAC system maintenance

I have been a loyal Cool Breeze customer for almost 16 years and have recommended them extensively to friends and family. A few days ago I called for service on one of my 16 year old units. Repairman Jorge Lopez responded and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem to low gas. He added a stop leak product and refilled the system. A few days later the problem came back. Jorge Lopez responded again and diagnosed the problem as a leak in the coil. I got a fair price for a new air handler from sales rep Jose Perez who credited me for the prior work. Jorge Lopez, assisted by Jorge Jarel did the install of the new variable speed air handler. They refilled the system and cleaned the plenum. They were courteous, professional and cleaned-up after they were done. I am very happy with the work.

My AC blower went out and out of 3 companies I called, only Cool Breeze came out to diagnose the problem late on a Saturday evening. They were able to locate and install the parts 1st thing Monday morning at a very reasonable price. They were responsive, respectful and efficient.
