I attempted to use Hammer Roofing for repairs of roof and solar panels. First of all a representative came out and evaluated my roof. He said it was out of his scope of work but “Dan” would contact me! He never did; then found out the guy Tommy was no longer working fit Hammer! I called and Yvette said someone would get back to me! Never did! I called and asked for the owner Brandon to return my call! Again no call back! To date I have not been pleased with Hammer or ANY of the employees Or owner! The communication and customer satisfaction in my opinion is a ZERO Rating and I would NOT recommend this Hammer Roofing to anyone! I am very disappointed even though they have a 5 rating online! NO ONE reached out to me or even has given a courtesy call back to me! Terrible experience!!!

I'm over the moon with Hammer Roofing. An interest in a Hammer Roof existed. They helped us through the entire procedure, and their staff members were incredibly knowledgeable. He was kind and professional, and he returned calls promptly.Throughout the replacement of the roof, he was present.We received real-time images of the process. We received drone photos of our new roof after it was finished. The team was excellent. They were on time and very diligent. did a fantastic job cleaning up. Would suggest Hammer Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof. It was a pleasure working with them.
