Paid in full. Incomplete service. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the 5-star experience as the other clients. Quick to respond and receive payment. Slow to complete the job. I wasn’t expecting an excellent experience. All I needed was to get the job done. It’s about 80% complete. The application of silicone in two glass bathrooms is breaking up. Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, no one showed up as promised. It’s been about a month since the initial visit, and the work remains unfinished. I wouldn’t recommend it, and they lost a potential loyal customer for life.
