I was so grateful to find this company. When our hot water stopped working, I called several companies who were taking more than a week to help me. I finally found this company. The on a Friday after it close. The phone was answered and documents were emailed to me. They received my documents on Monday contacted me early that that it was sent to City Gas for approval. Tuesday I had my hot water tank installed, and that was Thanksgiving week. This is an amazing company with great customer service. Also best price for gas hot water heater with installation.
