Have had multiple interactions with RR, since purchasing and older home. Staff works to get the job done. However, clients should be persistent to call and follow up to ensure they complete the work they outline. Six month warranty on work is helpful. Notably, in December I had a pipe stuck in my vent stack and the team (Robert and Santana) went above and beyond to fix it. I appreciated their dedication. Service: Plumbing leak repair
