Called on a late Monday afternoon and they were out the next day to give me an estimate. John found the problem right away and gave me a great price to do the repair. Three days later it was fixed and the repair was test right away. That weekend, 9/12/20, there was a tropical depression over Florida which later turn into hurricane Sally when it hit the gulf.
