After the company I previously used for my AC Maintenance stopped being responsive, I contacted Pollux to perform my AC maintenance. The receptionist is friendly and always prompt in responding and setting up appointments and the technicians come quickly and on time, which is rare in Miami. The technician that was sent to my property for maintenance and repairs is very knowledgeable, efficient, and successfully fixed my issue and got my AC back and running. On Time...did not have to wait. Servicemen...Called me about 1 hour ahead of time of let me know he is on the way. Very knowledgeable Very Polite Told me what was wrong in less than 8 minutes Did Not charge me for the Service Call....It was a loose pipe, he connected it for me....!
