Contacted Avalon Air Heating & Cooling to have my outside unit repaired. A/C Technician Dane was on-call and was able to respond within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Prior to beginning work he researched my unit and found that it was still under warranty. Prior to completing any work he informed me of his findings and the cost for each issue. My unit was up and running within 15-20 minutes of his arrival. It now produces cooled air which is significantly cooler than before. I found that the repair rates are within what your should expect to pay. Dane was friendly and knowledgeable. After my compressor died on a Saturday, they had the entire AC unit replaced on Monday. They were professional affordable and efficient. They had my old unit and the new one replaced in 4hours.
