Cody called me last night for some information on todays work. He and Dave arrived, checked and replaced the part needed, as well as cleaning out the drain line. These techs were professional and very knowledgeable of the system. They also came by much earlier than anticipated which was great, since I had no A/C. I accidentally clipped the outside wire trimming weeds around unit. That was 7pm by 8:30pm everything was fixed & cool air blowing again. Very impressed & very thankful bc our elderly dad lives w/us. Ty Mooneyham !!

Had an after hour emergency come up tonight ... called and the call center lady was very professional and very expeditious ... transferred me to a service tech (Brandon) to handle our emergency and within a 15 minute window he was here ... looked at the problem and knew exactly what happened and repaired it in a timely manner. Outstanding knowledge and customer relations .... would definitely use this company for any type HVAC issues and absolutely and highly recommend Mooneyham Heating and AC Inc for sure.
