One of the least professional HVAC repairs Ive ever dealt with. Were very rude on the phone with myself and my district manager. Showed up after we were told it would be "a day or so" to get the documentation we reuired, then demanded setvice payment when they didnt even call to say they were coming, nor got out of their van when they did arrive.
Responded quickly and came out to diagnose the problem the same day. Was able to get parts and complete the repair the next day. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality, speed and professionalism of the staff at King Air. I highly recommend them. I recently had my A/C repaired by King Air and They did a great job at getting my A/C back up and running. John King was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. The repairs were done pretty quick, he carried the parts on his truck and we were back in comfort in a few hours. Thanks Jerry Patterson
