SERIOUSLY!...THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!. I had a recurring issue with my drain lines backing up for a good 6 months. I did hire five of the biggest plumbing Company names online. Not only I spent a fortune with them, but the problem continued. So I founded this company GRAND ROOTER on Google. I can't tell you or begin to describe my satisfaction. As soon I call them and speak with their office staff, I immediately realized that I was dealing with a professional at a whole other level. Their customer service was fantastic. I was impressed with the level of knowledge that their office staff had when I asked questions, which I never experienced that with any other prior company. It was refreshing. It gave me a sense of calm the way that they handle my stress over the phone. I had a service van in my door within 1 Hour liked they promised. The team of tech's Daniel & Erick were uniformed & they had face mask and gloves. They asked me questions and present me with several pricing options
