From the initial call I placed, Mia was friendly and very helpful. She scheduled me for an appointment with Brian to re-build my Toto toilet. I had been told by other companies that Toto parts are difficult to impossible to obtain and that I must settle for substitute parts but Brian knew exactly where to get them. He showed up (on time!) with the right Toto parts, installed them without a hitch and was courteous and professional while doing so. The price was lower than I thought it would be and the job was done perfectly. I am a very happy customer and will be using Johns Plumbing exclusively in the future. :)) Kat M. An honest and genuine company. The staff is passionate about their work and compassionate with their clients. If you're searching for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company,' look no further because this company is the real deal. The technician Dan assessed the issue and provided me with some insight on the scope of the repair. Unlike most company's Dan did not bill me for his diagnosis and opinion. A very knowelgeable technician and an awesome company.

Plumber was 30 minutes late, but since it was same day service, I understood. After evaluating the work, he quoted me a price of what I understood to be $415. I reluctantly agreed as I needed the drain pipe cleared and he proceeded with the work in an efficient manner, completing the job in 30 minutes. He then presented me with a bill for $450. Apparently I misunderstood. After a bit of back and forth I reluctantly paid the $450. I was upset with the price and documented my objection with a review here. The owner eventually texted me and after reading my further objections sent to him by text, he took the time to call me. He explained that his company charges “by the job” vs. by the hour. When I objected to paying $450 for a 30 minute job, he agreed to refund $150. He was cordial and while standing by his company’s policy, he seemed to understand by position. Service: Plumbing services
